Sepia-tone photo postcard of produce display on wooden shelves, including gourds, eggplant, squash, tomatoes, etc. Handwritten notation in ink at right side, "Harrington grew these". Reverse of card has very faded handwritten message in ink, as well as a newer pencil notation at the top, "Iowa State Fair - Des Moines". Card is used, but postmark is illegible. Dates based on the markings in the stamp box area, upper right corner. |
